<DIV>just some more info on some of the changes...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><U>Blood Rage</U>: Still lasts 36 seconds and it's now only 10 seconds between when the buff fades till you can recast, so that's an ugprade.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><U>Weapon Shield</U>: Works like Battle Tactics and Bloodlust now. You can refresh the buff any time after the recast time; and when it fades, the recast timer does not start again.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><U>Fury</U>: Still [Removed for Content]. The buff now actually lasts 12 hours (What is this? Strike 2 now on that duration?), and works just like Battle Tactics and Bloodlust as well. But, there is a problem... The buff poofs after 10 procs. You can refresh it at any time while the buff is active and immediately after it fades, but 10 procs is just [Removed for Content]. (This is also at App2 quality, and I don't know if it gets better with upgrades, or if Greater Fury and Unbridled Fury have more procs.)</DIV>

<P>Well Fury line is direct damage anyway, so im not sure what there on about there, the only one that isnt a direct damage art is Rampage, which is a AoE spell when it fires, so yeah, im a bit confused about it myself.</P> <P>Taemek Frozenberg 46th Berserker<BR>16th Outfitter<BR>Everfrost Server<BR><BR>Enlightened Aonein Amillion ( retired )<BR>70th Stone Fist of The Celestial Fist<BR>Five Rings on Luclin Server</P>

we'll prolly no longer receive The STR dmg bonus on those procs ( anarchic swings etc ), maybe anarchy will now upgrade as you put it into adept or master , just hope its not a nerf. <div></div>

With a 1 hour recast shouldnt we going f'ing berzerk and kill everything in site in a single bound? Hell I also think that we should inflict a bit of damage to the rest of our group during this frenzy. For something you can use 1 per hour it should be the nuclear warhead of all combat art skills.

<EM>Hmmm.... Not sure why this change is in there. Anybody have any ideas why they are changing the skills from an additional attack to direct damage?</EM> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Well, procs have a chance to fire on every attack. Currently, with procs themselves counting as "attacks", every time a proc goes off it triggers another check from all your other proc effects as well. When you have a lot of proc effects stacked, sometimes you can get a big chain reaction of procs off of one melee hit--I have even occasionally seen bow hits trigger massive proc casacades, including multiple hits from the same proc effect. This is fun and cool, but not particularly overpowered IMO, so naturally it's only a matter of time before it gets nerfed; I assume that's what this patch is about.</DIV>

I think it also means that the proc effects will only trigger on the current target instead of the whole encounter when proc goes off on AoE skills.
Changing extra attacks to DDs will fix alot of problems. I have a feeling though that it may lower the damage on some of them.
