My ToW Adep 3 didnt upgrade...

Today I upgraded my Tides of Ware from Adept 1 to Adept 3. There was no change in the stats. Has this happened to anyone? Attack Speed by 47% P/S/C by 10 Looks like others are.. Attack Speed by 50% P/S/C by 11 anyone else had this problem? <div></div>
