Yeah, I'd really like to see a comment on this one.  I used to try and keep fury up all the time, but now it's impossible to use it all the time, I only use it occasionally now <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />. <div></div>

Yeah the current way the timer works stinks.  If you try to refresh it you have to wait a whole 90 seconds.  That stinks!  Please I'd like a response from a dev stating if this will be looked at or what.<div></div>

Reason i think its a Important matter is because take this as a example.</P> <P>Think back a few months ago, Scouts were tanking and Monks werent being hit, in a bid to fix this problem, they nerfed agility. Now they have disected the AC value and displayed the amount of mitigation and avoidance the number used to hide. Now that they have done this, there is still problems with avoidance, but its all to do with Buff Stacking, so i ask this, if they had fixed Buff Stacking in the first place, would they still have had to nerf agility seeing agility might not of even been causing the problem to begin with seeing that the problem still exsists because of buff stacking?</P> <P>Now there is the problem that was caused with LU#5 with buffs greying out and concentration buffs not even able to be refreshed like was stated on the patch notes. We get a range of 3 min buffs that use concentration and some that dont and none can be refreshed, if we do, they get cancled out and we have to wait a refresh timer ranging from 30 - 90 seconds, if we wait for the buff to run out we still have to wait the 30 - 90 seconds. This is EVERY 3 mins SoE, this is NOT FUN or Challenging and i think we are owed a explanation of what is going on here. Is it that hard for a Dev to log in here and tell us what the problem is, or is it that hard for a Dev, Mod, Rep, Manager to post in some section that there is a problem and its being looked into?</P> <P>SoE this is a bigger problem then you may think, and its a simple one to fix, just simply fix COMBAT ARTS, ABILITIES AND SPELLS so that the lower level spell gets over written by the higher level one, and when you try to cast the lower level one, its says something along the lines like " This spell will not take effect " just like Rallying Cry will not stack with Havoc or Anarchy.</P> <P>One thing i think needs to be addressed now is why did they feel the need to make buffs and certain combat arts grey out till they run there course? Interesting...this has been floating out there a week or so and only a couple posts from the Berserkers here.  Am I overinflating this problem?  Be honest and candid.

I must admit though, Berserker forum is a very quite forum due to alot of the fixs and nerfs id say, compared to alot of others out there. Sometimes it feels like the reason we dont get no feed back is because there is simply not enough intrest or enough people that care to post how they acually feel from the changes, ethier they cant be bothered and quit playing the char and reroll or just quit all together.</P> <P>I just see the reason behind making spells / buffs work the way they do now, when they could just make it a more logic play style by making the reuse timers begin straight after the spell has been cast, if it gets interupted, fair enough, we should still have to wait for the reuse timer, but why, WHY SoE did you make them the way they are now? The only logic i see behind why our spells/skills arent fixed is because SoE chooses not to... Why? if ALL our spells and arts were fixed we would be.... DPSing way more the we can now, Tank way more then we can now, Offer more Utility then we can now.... Thats why Tides of War was nerfed because we offered ALOT of utility in groups... Thats why Greater Fury isnt fixed , because we would do more dps then we can now...   Thats why our defense buffs dont stack now because we would be ALOT better tanks then now.... Berserkers i think are  LOW PRIORITY on SoE's list.... and you want to know why? we are one more the most popular figther classes in eq2 ( the most popular archtype ) in eq2..... SoE in there infininte wisdom are boosting other classes so they become more appealing and i guess they figure we LOVE THIS GAME SO MUCH THAT WE WILL REROLL into those other classes SoE what is wrong ? Do you just hate berserkers so much that you can NEVER post any type of explaination to your berserker "fixes" We know you watch the boards since we see MODs on  the guardian forums once in a while trying to keep things civil there..... CAN YOU GIVE US AN ANSWER PLS MODERATORS? we are slowly getting tired of this ..... <div></div>

It would be acceptable if these buffs were on the 10 or 15 minute timers instead of the 3 minute ones... but this is rediculous now.  I think I have loaded my serk up twice now since the patch, and only because there were no other tanks available and my monk couldn't operate at the level I needed (not high enough level). IMO When they moved Sunder up to a upper lvl AE Taunt , that equaled = Nothing ? want to know why? The Training AE Taunt only gives 65 less haste then Sunder Adept 1 does when it turns white yet The Training AE has a Ten Second faster recast time ..... so if you do the math you will get more bang from your Taunt from our Lvl 30 Training AE Taunt then you would with sunder since you can use it more in battle... ( oh and it can still be used in Epic fights unlike Sunder and fearsome shout which cant ) Strykr Destructicus 49 Berserker <div></div>

I honestly dont think they have any clue what most of the skills do or how their tweaks even effect them.  They never give explainations cause they prob have no idea what it does anymore.
