fury weirdness

<DIV>anyone notice Fury isnt working correctly atm?  If i have it on and i try to rebuff myself before it wears off it strips the buff and resets the recast timer to full, anyone else noticing this?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>or is this a fix and i just missed it somewhere along the line?</DIV>
