Does upgrading Rage do anything?

Hm, rage takes no power to cast.

Rage increases attack speed, so i think upgrades improves percentage of speed you get, tho duration stays the same, 10 secs

Even though it's not mentioned in the description, I've noticed that Rage definitely ups your hate level. I lucked out and got a Rage (Master I) drop and it's an instant aggro magnet. I tend to group with a Guardian in my guild, we are both the same level (35). He usually is MT and I pick up adds and assist him. I've had to stop using Rage unless I specifically want to pull aggro from him. I now keep it in reserve for split-second grabbing of aggro, usually from a pop that decides it really hates our Cleric.So, not sure about the App->Adept upgrade, but App->Master made a *huge* difference.
