<DIV>Hi , </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I am a warrior and I follow a quest to become berserker so I killed 25 gnolls ,spoke to delakar mithanson .</DIV> <DIV>But I must kill gnolls boss and it seems impossible.</DIV> <DIV>Actually every time I go to their hill I am killed to the extend that they are numerouser and stonger ( I am lvl 19 )</DIV> <DIV>Is someone could help me in giving me some advice ?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks </DIV>
<DIV>There are many ways to kill the gnoll leader.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>You can do this:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>1) Buy the best armour, jewelry and food.</DIV> <DIV>2) Buy the best wepon and bow.</DIV> <DIV>3) Cast all self buffs before every fight.</DIV> <DIV>4) Use the bow to pull the gnolls to the alley near the entrance.</DIV> <DIV>5) Use as many HOs as you can.</DIV> <DIV>6) Run around if you can't win. Turn back and kill gnolls after your health is full again.</DIV> <DIV>7) Last resort: yell and break the encounter so you can regen fast, then kill the gnolls while running. </DIV>

<DIV>That is odd, I soloed my zekrer path stuff very easy, but I was FP. I did however have the best stuff the merchant was selling, so that might be the big difference.</DIV>

The Qeynos berserker quest can be done at 18. The trick is to use a bow to pull, only 1 or 2 will come. Leave the roaming commander in a group with 5-6 mobs alone at the entrance. He is not needed to complete the quest.

<DIV>The text for this does seem a bit odd - it mentions using 'tactics not brute force' or something similarly non-berserkery.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I was actually zoned in without knowing I was going to be, at level 18.6, gear all being solo quested stuff. I tried being full of tactics but my berserk nature took over and i slaughtered everything in the end. There were a few hairy moments but nothing overwhelming with bow pulls.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Is there a more tactical way to do it involving the bloodsabre emissary ?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>I did the Qeynos side at about mid 18. Not much special in the way of equipment. I didn't even have a bow at the time. I used taunts to pull the mobs to relatively safe spots and the bloodsaber emissary was just another case of Whack-a-Gnoll. Where I go close to failing was the casters at the ring of stones. There was the leader (defiler?) on the center stone and at least 3 (diviner?) followers around the back of the ring by the wall. I took out all the other mobs first, and then I approached the Leader gnoll on the center stone step-wise, until I got within taunt range and pulled him without his followers. He proceeded to toss every spell he had at me and I finally slew him with but a sliver of red left in my health bar (so small I could barely see it). Literally, if he didn't go down when he did, I was a goner in the next tick. I never had to fight his followers because the quest dinged and I CoQ'ed back to talk to the quest giver.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
