40+ What to Adept 3?

<DIV>OK I just hit level and to upgrade spells on my server we're talking about 1.6-2p apiece for ruby/rhodium.  So I was wondering what spells can be skipped for adept 3.  So far I've adept 3'd:</DIV> <DIV>Vanquish and Anarchy.</DIV> <DIV>In case anyone wants to know at level 40 app1-adept 3 vaquish = 70 - 80 damage upgrade on the listed amount.  For anarchy the increase if any was minimal.  No increased chance to proc, no increase str, and maybe 40-50 damage tops increase if any.  </DIV> <DIV>So if anyone could give me some help on what do adept 3 I'd be very appreciative.  Also, what level 40 training skill to take?  I have adept 3 stuning cry so was wondering if i should take the stomp upgrade (does it interupt all caster in the encounter) or only the first.  <BR>Thanks.</DIV>

<DIV>Id also upgrade, Bully, Fearsome Shout, Furious Counter, Destructive Rage and mutilate, that's about it for tier 5 for me, but other people might have other view's.
