What is wrong with Frenzy???

I mastered that spell at lvl 44, i have it in master form. I have 150 agi.It fails 8 out of 10 times.What is wrong with it????

Huh? I use this skill all the time, works fine for me. Especially when soloing.

When I solo in EF or when we are grinding trash mobs quickly I tend to alternate between Frenzy and Vanquish since they have long re-use timers. Both are great though. One thing I hate about vanquish is you get the "Monster is too powerful for this skill" or whatever it says. Very annoying. Assuming it's because of the stun component? Just give me the damage then on those encounters.
