<DIV>Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but has anyone noticed we get the templar version of these, as opposed to the other tank's version with better melee stats (no wis) and more hp?</DIV>

Good post. I just got mine yesterday and I noticed they had: 5 agi, 4 str, 4 wis. What does a zerker need with wisdom???

<DIV>Wisdom helps you dodge spells, alot like agility with melee attacks. If you plan on tanking, Wisdom WILL help. Especially in the high end game. As to how much I'm not sure. Since this is still the early stages, the general consesus will be: "bah, wisdom sucks, resists aren't THAT important" while at the same time you get "that's not fair! the mobs' spell attacks are too powerful!" After a while people figure it out and then there's a rush to grab more wisdom and high resist gear. Same thing happened in EQOA (with both WIS and resists) and if I'm not mistaken EQ1 (with resists). I spent alot of time posting in the early days of EQOA trying to convince people resists/WIS helped in tanking, so you can sure as heck bet I'm gonna grab it now in EQ2 as early as I can :smileywink:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Thanks for pointing it out. I guess these Jboots with wisdom aren't so bad <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.
