Focus Rage and Blood Rage question...

I'm almost positive that Focus Rage upgrades. I don't know about Adept III, but I can tell you that my Adept I Focus Rage gives me 41% haste, whereas I believe that the Apprentice I version gives 35% haste. It's been my findings that most spells do upgrade, whereas the descriptions that go along with those spells do not. Be sure you're "checking under the hood" to see what a spell or ability is really doing.
