Ebon armor, EBBC, cedar shield, cedar bow, ebon 1h axe, Legendary jboots, Manastone, FBSS . All either rare t5 or heritage. After this i have fishbone earing , low level heritage but i use it for agility.Slayer ring, not so much for the haste as for the agility.Bracelet of glowing shard x 2, player made. And ring , also player made , diamondine band.
Ditto for equipt except i have a herio crook instead of EBBC ( im not paying any [Removed for Content] lowbie 3-4 pp for it ) and i have rubicite and pristine fulginate, all the heritage stuff but i love me manastone for sure...

<DIV>Ebon Armor is a ripoff.. only pieces worth getting are the BP and maybe the legs.. otherwise on my server its 3.5pp per piece or more for only like 10-20 ac more.. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Spend that money on rubies and get all your taunts and agro skills adept 3.. that's much more important.. but cedar shield.. i'm also using some raid loot Soulforged armor as its only a little less than ebon and doesnt cost me 3.5pp.. then get yourself the uber 2h flail off of King Zalak in the commonlands instance blows away both EBBC and heiro crook by more than 12dps.. its like 160-320 3.8del w/ a 100-180dmg proc i believe.. dont remmeber the exact stats at work..</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>Hiya, I actually read over your post before I answered so I will try to give you the answer to which you have asked. Unfortunately it looks like people didnt even go over your post worth jack when answering (ie all the heritage and rare crafted player armors mentioned, which you specifically asked not to).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>For armors, here are a few ideas for lvl 40's</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Rubicite is great armor. You can get forearms as a rare chest drop off nightbloods in Rivervale. As well there is a quest to kill 100 of these nightbloods, which earns you a nice pair of heavy boots (drudo's kickin boots). Shoulder slot rubicite is a rare chest drop off the lizards in the catacombs in Caszic Thule. You can get rubicite chest from miragul instanced zone, i believe it was. Also another decent chest is the heavy breastplate from Runnyeye (crude iron breastplate), which drops from the named minotaur in the room with the fairy near the entrance to zone. I am not sure where the rubicite legs come from, but you can a nice pair of heavy legs (grass-lined greaves) from a named manticore outside along the river before the caszic thule zone in (in feerrott).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>As for weapons, there are lots of good ones out there. Some of the better non-heritage berserker weapons include Mammoth (obtained from doing the deathfist citadel access), curved amygdean spear - most likely spelled it wrong (obtained from named Evil Eye in CT catacombs) - this spear has some really nice dps.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>For jewelry you might as well go with the bracelets of glowing shards (glowing shard collection quest), which are really quite nice. An idea for neck slot is the necklace of flowing orbs, which you recieve for completing the orbs collection quest.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Theres many other viable pieces of equipment, but hopefully my post gives you a few ideas. Sorry if it is hard to understand, I just shot this off from memory and by the seat of my pants. Good luck!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Amon</DIV>

<DIV>thanks for the replies guys keep em comig.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also got a question I see a bunch of different fighter types lvl 40-44 wearing a bunchof orclord stuff but whenI examine it the ac is afe poitns higher and so is the agi but the str is way lower than my pristine fulginate stuff??</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>a few have respinded but are you wearing your Slayer ring still?? I have the stamina version of the slayer ring?? Just wondering if the 3% of weapon speed it adds is a big deal after you are wearing the fbss and using violent promise.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also as far as the ebon armor goes getting the rares is a real pain but luckily I have a lvl 50 armorsmith on unrest who will charge me basically cost to get them forged.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>uber 2h flail off of King Zalak in the commonlands instance blows away both EBBC and heiro crook by more than 12dps.. its like 160-320 3.8del w/ a 100-180dmg proc i believe.. dont remmeber the exact stats at work..</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Tell me more about this plz What instance zone and what mob? <DIV>Not gonna be too specific cause I'm too lazy to look these up, but should be easy to find online =)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Fleet Fingered Ring is a nice one from a quest in CT. It's a choice of four, I forget where exactly you get the quest, it starts and ends in CT though I'm 99% sure.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Ebon Vanguard Gauntlets, nice drop from Permafrost, I've seen 3 drop already.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Grass Lined Greaves. Easy to get off named Manticore in Ferrott near CT.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Drudo's Kickin Boots, quest in RV. Better stats than Journeymans.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Rubicite stuff, BP in Everfrost, Wrists in RV, not sure of the others.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Crude Iron BP, off Horguz in Runneyeye if I remember right. Maxes at 46.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Bracelet of Glowing shards was mentioned</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Those orb earrings are nice too for a while, from combining all shards of a set (abjuration, conjur etc) I'm using player made pristine bloodstone now myself though.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>None of these are terribly hard to come by.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Perhaps we are both saying the same thing here but when you said "it's not because of the extra 20 - 50 ac per item"... actually it IS because of the extra 20-50 AC per item! =) As a general rule, I judge my armor by AC, period. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
