Cold Retribution Proc

<DIV>back before the first wipe of the advancement skills, i took this skill, odviously the second time around, i did not.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It seems to be about a 2 minute buff (Cant be exactly sure, becuase it doesnt show up on your active buff bar) </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>it procs 4 or 5 times a during that 2 minutes, doing 5 points of extra damage.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>20 to 25 points of damage, every 10 minutes or so is just stupid.  (that was the reuse timer before like 10 minutes)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>the exceptionally long cast time of 4 seconds, means you cant cast it in combat, becuase you'll be constantly interupted.  so you must cast it before you go into a fight, and then for the first 30 seconds, you wont even get the benefit, as the mob is being pulled, and what not.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>overall, this is a useless skill (or at least it was) i dont know the specific's of it since the re-allocation of skills.  but if they haven't changed it.  then this skill blows.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>-Erick</DIV>
