Anyone have Adept 3 Blood Rage?

<DIV>Hello,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I'm finding that I still love using Blood Rage, even though I'm in my low 40-ish levels.  Unfortunately, I never got a chance to try the skill out before it was toned down, but for those of you that have an Adept 3 version, do you find that it procs more or does much more damage?  In other words, is it worth the upgrade?  Thanks in advance!</DIV>

I dont recall the exact amount of damage it went from Adept 1 to adept 3, but at lvl 50 I still use it all the time.
