Best 20-29 adept 3

The statement holds true till you get Tides of War at 37.... you should adept 3 that if you have the rare for it.... its worth it

Some one posted somewhere Zerker Barrage Adept 3 is like 400+ dmg. Or maybe that was Master 1. But if memory serves someone said Master 1 was like 500 dmg.
