If anyone lists any others, can you list the level range also? I've been trying to find some, but it's hard to find any info on proc'ing weapons. I saw a dagger that was orange to me at level 21 or so, but it cost too much at the time <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Can't remember the name of it though.

Also, for anyone posting weapon names can you give us clues as to where they are found? I haven't been able to find much information on the silver-razored whip for example. thanks(edit) ok I found the other post about the silver razored whip, apparently it dropped in TS on a master chest. It would still be nice if you guys could help the rest of us out. Silver Razored Whip dropped for me from a master chest in Thundering Steppes. Was fighting Firerock Goliaths and the chest dropped. It's an attuned weapon and I won't be able to use much longer. It's going to be green soon and at some point I'll probably destroy it.
