Tell me it gets better

<DIV>Hit 20 a few nights ago and was really excited to get my first berseker spell.  Personnally I cant tell a difference when focus rage does proc.  I hit 22 last night and started testing blood rage (useless) and just got Furious Onslaught, witch isnt nearly as good as Tarons Bleeding Blades.  Tarons does much more dmg (50's base and close to 100 bleeding dmg), while Furious does base 30's with no bleed and its never proced a berserk state.  Dont want to sound like im [FaarNerfed!]ing but does it get better?  If so when and should I buy the lvl 2 adepts for any of these spells? thanks in advance.</DIV>

<DIV>It gets better.  Upgrade that Focus Rage, Bloodlust and Blood Rage skills.  You will see Focus Rage proccing a LOT when youre the Main Tank or Soloing.  Bloodlust is a nice aggressive buff to your group and you proc Zerker mode here and there.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Regarding Blood Rage, its one of your best skills, but you will only notice the difference when fighting 2 or more enemies (in fact the more the better). Furious Onslaught will never compete in damage, but whirlwind does do a little better (whirlwind being the upgrade to FO).Focus Rage is your bread and butter long term buff, to help add berserk procs. Used alone to generate berserk rage, it is not going to make a huge difference - You simply won't proc berserk enough for it to be very noticeable (unless you are getting completely battered!). Don't worry though, the more you level, the more skills you will get to enter berserk mode, and the more noticeable the benefits become.In short, don't worry. Yes, Blood Rage is totally useless at 22, more hassle than it is worth, but it becomes MUCH more powerful as you level. You are only a level 3 berserker by all accounts, and you are at your weakest right now, having past the level 20 divide, where mobs have become a fair bit harder, but you haven't. The only way is up.

<DIV>Agreed...it gets way better.  Upgade all your arts as soon as you can afford to.  Focus Rage and all the other self buffs add 10 dps to me, in my independent tests in EL agains Solo blue beetles at.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>There's alot to be said for extra parrying and berserking for 100+ randomly throughout a fight.</DIV>

<DIV>I'm level 38 atm, and being in the berserk state adds 41 to my attack speed, according to the mainHUD.Character window.  Combine that with Tides of War (53) and "haste ring" (3) and my attack speed ("haste") is 97 when in the berserk state.  Note, when I get a second berserk icon flashing, it only adds an additional 1 point (%?).</DIV>

<DIV>berserker is badass <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  i hit 42 the other day and checked out everfrost for the first time.  even at this level i wa able to solo reds (lvl 49 mobs)and the only time i was close to death was cause i got cocky and pulled one when i was about half power</DIV> <DIV>now i do have some nice items but nothing that anybody else couldnt get.  add all the stuff thinman just said to fbss haste and you have good stuff</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
