<DIV>Moorgard,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Please comment on the "Bear Form" that we are embarrassed to take on at level 40. I truely believe we will all be incredibly excited if you say you guys are "working on it" or at least "we are thinking about making a change", etc...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Please be honest though. If its "We might work on this 5 or 6 months from now", then please still tell us. We are all dying for an answer on this!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thank you.</DIV>

<DIV>Does this skill actually transform you in a bear or does it make as strong as a bear?</DIV> <DIV>Also what do you think is wrong with this skill? Is it because of becoming a bear? thanks.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Good Luck!</DIV>

<DIV>It transforms you into a bear.  It is the exact same spell that druids get at like lvl 20.  The reason that the Berserkers want it cahnged is cause 1 the form is already available to another class much earlier. Secondly it is not a very fearsome form. Thirdly and finally the current form doens't really fit the Berserker persona.  IF the form of hte bear was more vicious looking then maybe it would work also like always the Berserker vs Guardian struggle is alwasy goignon and at lvl 40 Guardians get to turn into Black ROck Golems which is very cool so we want a lvl 40 transforamtion that is unique as wellnot a hand me down.</DIV>

<DIV>Well thats true, the bear could be more vicious or frightning, I would have prefered something more scary or something, a bear is fine, but its true that they should make it better as you say.</DIV> <DIV>Also they made it a bear because it has to do with the word berserker, it comes from bears.</DIV> <DIV>Hope they can fix it a bit to make it look better.</DIV> <DIV>Thanks for the response.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Good Luck!</DIV><p>Message Edited by Sinkatze on <span class=date_text>01-22-2005</span> <span class=time_text>02:32 PM</span>

<DIV>The spell is just for fun, guys.  If it embarasses you, don't use it.  The berserkers of myth and legend were said to have been able to transform into bears.  Personally, I think it's cool and should stay the way it is.  I would hope Moorgard and the team are concentrating on fixing our broken skills rather than a fluff spell.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>Well first of all, I'm a Berserker and I'm not really embarrassed about being able to turn into a bear. The image of a bear conveys strength and power, and is often used as a spiritual representation for such traits. I guess to a certain extent, I am embarrassed that you presumed to speak for me... but truthfully, I know you didn't really mean every Berserker, you just meant the ones that didn't like it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Second, if I'm not mistaken, the forum bosses stated they will not respond to posts addressed to them and discourage people from trying to get their attention.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Lastly, these are <U>entertainment</U> spells and aren't intended to be useful. If I don't want to entertain, then I won't use it. I don't like the flaming fist so I don't use it. Some people do like it and they do use it. I don't use it, they do... I don't see where the problem or imbalance is. Maybe some other classes have entertainment spells that have some use, but all that says to me is that they might need it to balance out deficiencies that a Berserker lacks.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>Well i think its terrible, but then so was the lvl 20 spell, its a shame but no big deal, the bear form is kinda funny-watching a berserker turning into a cute fluffy looking teddy bear is amusing</DIV>

<DIV>I of course did not mean to speak for everyone (all berserkers). If it seemed that way, I do apologize. I saw that there were a lot of people disappointed in the level 40 bear form and its "cuteness." I too wasn't very happy about this, so I just thought I would voice my opinion and let anyone else that felt the same way get in on it. I mean no disrespect to the designers of the game. It is a great game. I was merely making a "request" to the design team for them to think about perahps giving us some options for what form we took. To a lot of us, especially some of the harder role players, this is a big deal.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Once again, I mean no disrespect to the design team or any other players.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>-Zamakoura</DIV>
