Greater Fury bugged?

<DIV>Is "Greater Fury" bugged, or I am misunderstanding how it is supposed to be used? When I have it up it never procs...as far as I can tell when it "tries" to proc I get a message saying "I am not berzerk." Do you actually need to be in zerk mode for this thing to proc or is it just bugged? I never had that problem with Fury, if you have to be in zerk mode this skill is pretty much a waste compared to Fury since I am only in zerk mode for about 3-5% of the encounter time do to the recent changes.</DIV>
