Berserker - Sunder and Battle Chant don't work ... help?

Havnt found an APP4 that works yet. Dont scribe stifle rage (stops the skill working), Battle chant (stops the skill working), Maul (with Maul the App4 behaves like an App3).

<DIV>App4s are definitly appearing to be broken.   Is it me or are there very few app3 for sunder?  I've seen one and it was for over 2 gold.</DIV>
