Good rings / neck items at 24?

Anyone come across any good rings to quest for? I'm still wearing Dagorels Ring of Might and the Bloodletter Ring from Vermins.I know theres a good neck item in Stormhold that drops that I can try and grab, anyone find some good mid 20's quests though?

<DIV>Do the Tainted Souls quest in Stormhold. There's a small obelisk at the far end of the second sentry room (kinda close to the zone entrance) that gives you a quest to kill 50 life leeches "and their kin" (small life leeches count). You have a choice of several items as a reward, including a Necklace of Tainted Souls and a Ring of Tainted Souls.</DIV>

<DIV>When you get access to Enchanted Lands, there is a quest down the beach to the left. Sir Tatters gives it. I could solo it at 29 without problems (kill solo mobs that con yellow to orange). Band of Essence. Very nice.</DIV>

You have to collect 18 weathered bones, which can be found in Stormhold mainly in places you can trivialy reach at 26. I bet that the Freeport side has a similar dungeon.
