<P>High mental, or have an sk or paladin tank the bad fearing mobs.</P> <P>I also do not think its new in fact i honestly think the fear effects in HOS are not as bad after eof as they were before.</P>

That said, mental resistance seems to do the trick most of the time.</P> <P>Apart from that, just switch from run to walk mode after you engage the mob; that should give your healers ample time to cure the fear debuff after it lands on you, before you get too far from your tanking spot. </P> <P>Finally, if you feel you need even more help, Wall of Force snares you, thus further reducing the speed at which you move when feared, while Plant renders you entirely incapable of movement for the duration.</P>
