Old armour stayed the same, but every piece of new colbat armour that came out after the change had the new stats. If I recall correctly, the old armour had better mit but some funked out stats like INT on it (useful for a sk maybe) where the new ones just give the basic str/sta/agi and a little less mitigation.

well at least the price of the ore is not too bad. are the graphics the same on it? I notice that the graphics on on the new armor on the venders is different was wondering if it looked different when worn as well.

INT was completely useless to a tank, but it was on every item for certain slots. I remember the tower shields only had WIS and INT.
We used STR for power + melee dmg like every other plate tank and INT for better spell dmg. So the old armour was nice for the SK. Today, we see two versions of the armour. Personally, I think the cobalt shoulder pieces with INT look gimpy. I wanted to have those nice big shoulder pieces. The old graphics are now seen on the vanguard version of the armour. The shoulders on the "INT set" look like chain, heh. But then again... there is always the freedom of combination.
