Lay Waste

I was pretty excited when I saw Lay Waste on the Guardian AA's, but I think my first impression was off.  I assumed it was an upgraded AE, that did more damage to your direct target.  But I guess it's not an AE at all ? but rather a single attack on the same timer as Besiege ?<div></div>

I think by the description that the spell is either wrong or miss worded. If it is an upgrade to Assault line as explained in the description then it should be aoe, if not then the SOE Devs should change the desciption and the timer of Assault.

It is a single target version of Assault... I like it for single target fights, gives you another "high" damage CA<div></div>
