Avoidance vs mit question

Is  +0.4% avoidance or 0.4% mitigation a better upgrade?  I have two similar items the only real difference is Mit vs. Agi on them.<div></div>

totally depends where your standing in relation to both.  If you have alot of miti go for the avoidance, if both are high (or will basicly give you low returns for either) go for the miti. <div></div>
