I got alot more resists on my taunts last night that I didn't get before. Usually about 1/4 of them on yellow mobs.Protection is Master 2 and Confront is Master 1.

I noticed the same. Also with the DPS decrease I was wondering how I could parse much lower with a tower shield equipped. I just hope I'm mistaken and I parse the same as I usually do at our next raid. I don't really remember what I'm supposed to parse at in groups. <span>:smileyvery-happy:</span><div></div>
Master and Master2 taunts being resisted a lot, I confirm.Undoubtedly has to do with a lower resist total being a little more effective; Warrior taunts are checked against Mental resist to calculate an outright resist.Needs to be fixed with the increases in DPS we're going to be seeing here soon.<div></div>

<P>I agree, I was resisted a ton last night in OoB. never really lost agro still since my group always usually has a coercer+assasin,dirge or swashy.</P> <P>NP doing the zone though with 1 druid healer.</P>

I noticed alot of resists in mistmoore castle on taunts, and I'd say that the majority of my inflaming defense hate procs were being resisted as well. Not that holding agro was all too much of a problem, but the whole taunt resist mechanic leaves an extremely bad taste in my mouth, especially moreso now.<div></div>

Confirmed on all fighters. I just hope they apply more disruption on fighter gear as that lowers taunt resist.

If this is true... then we need 1 of 2 changes:Change Taunts not depending on disruption skill ORGive Fighters the disruption skill.<div></div>

It was painful run to say the least.</P>
<div>Yep, my coercer bud was telling me this, but they can increase thier effectiveness through AA.Which makes me ask, how many other tank classes have something that alters thier taunts, either the reuse or the resistability? Atleast 3.. <P>This disruption skill, as we far as I am aware, was non-existant for warriors. Now we have to boost disruption to lower the resistance to our taunts. Am I correct?</P> <P>Any ideas how to beef up disruption or what available items exist that would increase it? <P>Give the devs a bit to look into it before you start throwing away your plate and putting on caster gear. Taunts are considered a mental spell and as far as i see affected by the disruption skill. Get a troubador and put him in group run his skill song (dove i think) and see your taunts resist less. lets see what the devs intend to do to fix this. Hopefully they add the disruption skill to our persona and put more disruption on gear. the reason i prefer this is because using the disruption skill can lower resist by 20% at max skill.</P> <P>Especially for gaurdians if disruption affects your defensive hate proc buff it may actually make that buff resist less. It wasn't a taunt specific nerf. It was a skill nerf because casters complained spell skills and offensive skills where menaingless. Well they have a WHOLE lot more meaning now. The side effect was taunts were always considered spells and got batched into the whole combat revamp.
What have your experiences been on epic encounters? What did you observe on pull? What adjustments were made if any?

They nerfed everyone's CAs and spells so we could get it back by going through 50 more AA's. Basically they couldn't figure out what to give us different, so we have to relearn everything we knew before.

<DIV>Its true tho tuants on my 70 guard no less than adept 3 on all taunts and I get resists out the whazoo. Same could be said for my troub not mastered or adept 3ed out but still its resist after resist the little dps that he did is gone now!</DIV>
