fabled relic to legendary ? post NDA lifted

It is still definately fabled.  It was nerfed (as most gear was I believe).  But it is still flagged as fabled last I was on.<div></div>

<DIV>It's still fabled, everything is just having it's mit/resists lowered a bit.  Not really a nerf incoming just a numbers change.</DIV>
