<DIV>1: Not really much matter if done right.  I usually only use my 2 dots all my biggest attacks and taunts on raids easy to space em b/w melee hits.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>2: Wear higher lvl fabled stuff mitigation % is higher.</DIV>
