Hi Guys I am the Raid Leader and Main Tank of our Guild, a casual raiding guild. Casual raiding means we do it 2-3 times per week for a few hours. It means we lose members, it means we never have a full lvl 70 raid etc Oh, and we recovered from a few key members who had to leave us ([expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] RL )Based on that factors, I think we are making good progress though. We are past Uustalastus in Labs and just had to end it last time because we ran out of time. We have AoA x4 access done.We are soon doing Godking for more Pris 2's and then have the second night free for another T7 raid zone. On my list was Harla'Dar, AoA x4 and maybe Lyceum.Any input would be great!

You would probably find Lyceum to be a good challenge. 4 names, first one shouldn't be a problem, next two are... slightly more trickly (bring mezzers). That's what I would focus on after the DT access dragons. HoS I don't have a ton of experience with, but seems to be a hair harder, and you have lots of walkers on ungodly long walk cycles, meaning the raid just drags on while you either get walkers or you wait for them to not walk back into pulling range.....

ToS is cake, but it's contested.

Good luck with Vyemm. Buggy SOB.

Snorm - 70 Guard

Oh, and if you can beg borrow or steal DT access, that's a fun raid, and the first 2 names are very easy.

I agree, start working on Lyceum, some nice loot in there. As for HoS depends how geared up you are, and how quick your healers are at curing some nice legendary trash drops in HoS aswell, while you may not be able to complete HoS first visit it is good for gaining experince in curing and add management if unlucky

I'd say you can skip HoS for a bit, at least until you're marching through labs without issue and have DT access squared away. Lyceum is a good run and helpful for gearing up. I wouldn't really consider AoA and Harla to be 'weekly' zones.. we do em every now and again to get folks updates, but they're not nearly as good for gearing up as Labs etc. I'd really encourage you to work on DT access mobs as much as possible... it's a nice change of pace.Raiding 2-3 nights per week, you could do somthing like:Night 1:AoA / Harla to start off withDeathtoll once access is completeNight 2:LabsNight 3:Lyceum / HoS rotationHope this helps a bit!

Lyceum for sure is a nice one to work on straihgt away. As soon as u at least manage to get to Vyemm (even if u dont kill him) then thats probably the time to start on HoS. HoS is quite a step up from Labs and Lyceum, or at least a couple of namers are, and the roamers dont help either.

But definatly work on the DT access dragons in AoA x4 and Harla now and again as they not too hard and its always good to have the Goal of getting into DT. (DT BTW is very easy compared to HoS apart from Tarinax and Cruor, in fact the trash in DT for the most part will prob cause u most wipes than the first couple namers)

Thanks all for the input! It is very welcome!I even received a tell from a RL from another server - I wrote the name down to reply but lost that piece of paper... Tobago? Our schedule looks like this atm...Monday - Labs Relic Farming (yeah - I know, pitiful - but we have to equip the peeps)Tuesday - Labs Named KillingThursday - Free Raid (since we have alot new low-level members, we want to equip them in T6 fabled, want to work on Pris 2's etc.... One day this will become the AoA x4, Lyceum, HoS, DT day)Sunday - Laid back weekend raiding (whatever we can do with the forces available)Anyway... We are really happy to see the next expansion doesnt add a new tier.So far, every tier shook the guild's raiding. We were raiding T5 and started on the really good mobs - BOOM DoF... Then we managed to arrive in DoF Raiding - made good progress... BOOM KoS! Now when they have EoF without new Levels, we can still go to Labs, Lyceum, HoS etc. That gives guilds like us a huge break. And gives some even more casual members time to catch up.Wow, I am babbling

Having said that we still try and work in Labs Relic Farming Runs when we can, so no shame in that from my view point. Not sure what your typical raid force setup is like so hard to give some doable suggestions for you guys. If you guys can take out Gorenaire, Talendor, Harla and Lord Vyemm then you are ready for DT. As some of the other posters mentioned this is a great zone and the first 2 names are comparable to Harla in difficulty (imo). My suggestion would be to also get into Lyceum and start trying the encounters in there. Very fun zone to do with some nice rewards. Most the T7 raid zones have progressively difficult mobs, but just because you guys can't clear the entire zone dosnt' mean you shouldn't be in there killing what you can. GL and if you ever need some strat's to anything or any particular zone/mob is giving you guys a hard time PM me and I'll see if I can't help you out with some ideas.
