Questions For the Raiding Guards

<DIV>Wassup guys, I just recently changed from playing a wiz since release up until about 3 months ago, when i switched over to my alt guardian as my main. Well Ive been MT'ing since then and im to the point now where all my gear is either fabled or claymore line for mit etc. Now here is what im wondering. Are you guys focusing on raw mitigation for raiding, or are you keeping your mit slightly high and switching out the mit gear with fabled for better stats and HP. Right now with my MT grp setup if im wearing all mitigation gear such as the curiass of protection, aviak feather bracelet, Light chitin rings. I can get my mit to nearly 6700 mit. Is this really needed?? I have recently started switching some things out with better stats, such as switching the CoP with Doomrage BP or Blood Ember BP Depending on resists, For alot more HP and stats. And i can gain like 5-600 hp off some of the switches. but my mit drops to around 6300-6400. Around 6400 mit (vs the appropriate damage type) should be enough (vs level 74), after that best to go for raw hitpoints.The jury seems to be out vs level 75's.<div></div>

yea right now im currently using the buckler AA line and the mitigation AA line (sta and wis). So im getting alot of mit from that being maxed. I kinda prooved to myself mit wasnt everything tonight, I tanked Tarinax with no probs at all being at 6500 mit, so i dont think that extra 200 mit would have made a whole lot of difference compared to the extra 600-1000 hp i had. plus there is the 200 mit potions i can always take when needed as well. but it seems if i can tank a Orange mob with 6500 mit there really isnt much needed more for mit otehr than maybe ur resists being high

<DIV>The general concept that I go by when I'm swaping out gear is if the mit is equal or greater than half the hp I lose then I take the mit piece.  The exception to this rule is if I am tanking something not lvl 64+ cause then it's easy to hit that mit cap and I go all out hp.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Be careful with those mit potions, they're going extinct, don't use them so easily</DIV>
