Its a perma skill that can go off once every 30seconds.  Its nice for a mana free attack every little bit.

In the beginning I made the mistake of thinking buckler reversal went off everytime you parried etc. It was quite a let down when I realized it could only work every 30 seconds. Although it defintely will go off almost every 30 seconds. I'm thinking of taking the points out of reversal and putting them elsewhere. I wonder what everyone elses opinion of it is.

To me the nice part isn't buckler reversal itself but the double attack after it.  Thats where the bonus is nice.<div></div>

<P>Reversal was a major part of the line untill it got nerfed from being several procs possible per mob per 30 secs down to 1 proc possible per 30 secs. But yes its still a free attack that can hit for a fair bit <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P> <P>The double attack is now the main part of the stamina line (mentioned above i believe) and imo not worth it. (have tried 3 different aa setups with sta but didnt like any of them other than that i could irritate some dps classes by parsing above them on trash encounters and some named... gogo double attack + frontal ae + crits.)</P>

When I levelled, I switched from the flapping wing buckler to the ironplate shielding and a ancient velium short spear (just so you know everything that changed). And from that point my buckler reversal was going off faster than ever 30 seconds and my attack info window was spammed with a new message I had never seen before... something about gladiators strike I believe. It would spam 7 or so in a row and do this constantly. All the while my character animation was doing the shield slam animation non stop. According to the chat window where all my fighting info goes, buckler reversal was happening every 5 to 10 seconds. And the gladiator strike message was just non stop.</DIV>

Buckler Reversal can trigger on You block, you parryTarget parries, deflects, blocks etc.For every choice it can trigger once in the 30 secs.If you fight a multi-mob encounter and you get:You parry - reversal!You block - reversal!Target blocks - reversal!<div></div>Target parries - reversal! etc...That's why you can see more than one Gladiator Strike in the 30s window of Buckler Reversal
