<DIV>1. I think it can proc off of any individual dmg to your hp but im not absolutely 100% sure. Will test it tonight.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>2. this taunt does not interupt a cast already in progress. their spell will still land on the previous target but any further actions taken while you are the target will land on you.</DIV>
