Hi all! We're a small casual guild that is going to be raiding soon. We're going to start raiding the new guild raids when they go live. We have various members up to 70, but the bulk of us are moving through the 40's quickly atm.Anyways, we'll be starting with X2 and hopefully getting the numbers for X4 raids once we get some practice in.What I'm looking for is some advice on group composition. the stickler is that our guild is on Vox (PvP) so we're limited to Qeynos classes only.Any advice would be very much appreciated!Oh, also suggested raid spots for around the low 50's that have decent loot tables would be great! <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Get in the habit of having 2 raid setups, 1 for the actual raid and 1 for getting the raid force there. For the actual raid then traditional advice on MT group setup (taking in the fact that for cross alignment classes you'd just go with your faction's one). For the getting there part You want to try and balance out the groups so they are "self-supporting". That means (f you have the tanks) 1 tank in each group, 1 healer at least in each group and some dps etc in each group. You'll be giving up 2 of the healers that's usually in the MT group probably to make this happen and don't forget to bring in some DPS to the MT's group (or you'll be there taunting them for days hehe).Just do a google search for raid targets for T5 or lvl 50 etc. There's tons of targets in the T5 world, twice what you'd find in the T4 or T6 (T6 is very lacking actually /sigh).Good luck to you! I'm a PVP raid tank as well so don't forget sometimes the most fun is putting together a PVP raid force and storming the opposing city, great times there!<div></div>

Thanks for the advice!I do have a list of raid zones that I've collected, but I've seen various comments about many of the older ones having bad loot. I was just hoping to avoid these and find good zones loot-wise. It can be a bit depressing to finally beat a zone and get garbage. =P

Stay away from the T6 zone Gate's of Al'akez (or whatever it's called). I've raided this zone a few times now and 4 groups doing instances get more and better drops than what this zone yields. Very disappointing. <div></div>

<DIV>do you have a dirge??? that will pretty determin how your MT group is setup... with dirge would be guard, warden, mystic, templar, dirge, paly/conjy... without a dirge i'd go guard, warden, mystic, swashy, conjy...</DIV>
