<DIV>Hail Guardians,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have an alt guardian who is level 26. I was wandering which would be there best AA path for him. When not playing my main I play this guy with my wife's main, which is a level 34 Templar. We duo a lot and sometimes have a couple random classes with us. He currently has 2 AA one spent on Bind Wound and the other unspent. Any info you can give that would be helpful for how I use him would be great. :smileyhappy:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thank You in advance.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>PS.</DIV> <DIV> I never really bothered with TS armor on my main but was thinking of just buying it for him. What would be the armor types I need to look for as he levels up? 30-40-50-60-70...just so I can prepare whenever he gets close to those levels.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Here is his profile:</DIV> <DIV><A href="http://eq2players.station.sony.com/en/pplayer.vm?characterId=278539104" target=_blank>http://eq2players.station.sony.com/en/pplayer.vm?characterId=278539104</A></DIV>

<DIV>The biggest impact with minimal point cost is the INT line for Acceleration Strike. The haste will increase your DPS quite a bit, and in a low DPS duo like Templar/Guardian that's a big plus (you'll have to use a sword to use acceleration strike though). When you have closer to 25 AAs I'd respec and go down the STA line 4/4/8/8 for 76% double attack and the additional block chance with a buckler that gives you nearly the avoidance of a tower shield. The double attack is a huge source of DPS which will mean you'll kill faster and also hold aggro better, since 1 damage = 1 hate. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Given the classes of your duo, I think you'll see the most benefit by picking offensive AAs like the STA line (requires a buckler, but you really won't lose much if you have a good buckler and 8 points in the skill that increases your blocking chance with a buckler) or INT line to increase your haste with minimal points (it costs 5 points to get the first rank of acceleration strike which is over 20% haste and stacks with any haste you might have from an item like flowing black silk sash, wheras if you wanted to go +DPS instead you'd have to go 4/4/8 or 16 points in the WIS line to get 19.2% DPS) </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So my recommendation would be to go for the INT line and Acceleration strike, then when you have 25 AAs, respec and take the STA line with a buckler and a good one hander with a damage proc. After that there are a number of options you can go with. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Have fun.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>- Rorrak</DIV>
