Heyas all! After spending the last few months playing as a coercer, I decided to make an alt that can remind me what it is to get hit more than 5 times and still live (oh that must be a good feeling).Anyway, my question is (sorry if there is a post about this already) whether using AGI imbued rings + hex dolls is worth it. According to Noah's "Stamina, Agility, and Str - How they effect you.", every point of agility gives only .11% avoidance when the total is below 100 and .05% when b/w 100 and 427. Now, on first sight this seems like a small amount but in order to be on the safe side, I figured I should ask you people whether Agi imbues are worth it. As a coercer, I do know that sometimes even the slightest improvement in a single stat/spell can make a lot of difference. While on the same note, will Strength imbuements come in handy as well? I am not that worried about the DPS. As an alt, I am planning to play my guardian if and only if I can find a group for him (those low level dungeons need some exploring <span>:smileywink<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />. Nevertheless, I am not sure whether the MP Strength will give won't be handy.Of course, a third alternative would be to go all out Stamina and drool while watching that big red HP bar grow <span>:smileyhappy:</span>Thanks in advance to those that take the time to read and respond to this. Good luck and happy hunting to yas all.</span><div></div>

His post came before LU13, so it's more than likely no longer accurate.<div></div>

Hmm... good point, I did not look at the date. Anyway, I doubt any really major changes were made (as in the basic dependencies). Therefore, the main question still stands.<div></div>

<div></div>i wouldnt use agi imbue rings as a guard, although the increased dps proc is nice the stamina ring has a hp regen which helps the soloing Guard a ton and the stamina rings also have more balanced stats w alto more hps. once again for dolls i would use the stamina dolls as a guardian but remeber to pull with the mitigation debuff it increases the guards dps a decent amount. Once you reach the cap for stamina at your lvl i would then swich out a stamina doll for either a agi or strength doll really at that poitn it depends on what your are doing at the time if soloing use 2 strength dolls if tankign use 2 agi dolls.

If you are looking to purely tank, and aren't worried about soloing or DPSing etc... focus first on your STA and Mitigation stats.   These are your primary concerns, then worry about your AGI (for avoidance) and WIS (for your resists) lastly worry about STR (for power and a dab of extra attack)As far as hexes first take STA, then try and get an AGI or WIS for where you are low (i.e. if you have very low wisdom boost that stat)Its even best if you can afford an AGI and a WIS to use depending on the situation but that might be a bit extreme for you if this is just your alt. The rings (now that they have changed quite a bit) is where you want to stick with STA and AGI, the WIS rings will boost your INT (which you don't need) and your casting skills (which you also don't need).I'd say your best setup is to shoot for:1 STA hex doll1 AGI hex doll1 STA ring1 WIS ringDepends how much coin you want to put into him though of course.<div></div>

Thanks danmurph, your post really helps. I will definitely try that setup and see how tanking goes (I assume you meant WIS hex doll and AGI ring in the end, based on what you wrote before that).Oks, so STA and Mit first, then AGI and WIS... got it... Now I am off, getting bashed for the sake of others (love it) <span>:smileyhappy:Cheers again.</span><div></div>
