Enough agro/taunt complaints. From what I've seen here on the boards, we have no problem holding agro. Just look at how long we've kept the mod's attention and how many threads have locked. We have some of the best agro tools around!!P.S. This is a joke. Please take it as such. <div></div>

I thought about starting a stop watch when I posted this, but instead decided to bet on mods having a sense of humor...<div></div>

<div></div>Perhaps you might /feedback this in hopes that the same skills may be applied to the guardian class. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<div></div><p>Not to sound confrontational but my sense of humor about the Guardian class is gone. SOE has done this so new Moderators coming here telling us to be calm and provide valid points greatly offends me. If SOE had been responsive or even upfront with us all along instead of leaving huge month long gaps in the communication with us then I could have kept a better attitude.</p><p>It is 100% obvious that SOE has ticked off a significant number of people. You'd think they they would want to atleast stop the bleeding by providing their comments on where things stand and where things are going. I can say that this Guardian is only playing EQ2 becasue his friends still do and they 100% confirmed that they are leaving as soon as somthing else is available and when they go I will drop this game like a hot potato.</p>

<div></div><div>Gaige.</div><div>With all due respect IMO you being a little TOO diplomatic. Its obvious to even the most average person that there is a clear lack of constructive communications between people who can actually change the game and people who play the game. There are "minor" exceptions to this, but no where near what is needed for such a large endevor as EQ2. Instead we are footed with moderators who tell us shhhh behave. </div>

<div><em>Very few</em> people are happy with the current state of the class. That's not just counting Guardians, but other classes. Their is a glaring disparity in ballance between fighters in this game.</div><div> </div><div>This is true no matter what the Fanbois say. Kiss SOEs hind quarters all you want, this game is sub par because SOE is not listening to its player base, it is listening to a couple of small segments of very vocal players: Raiders and Fanbois. If you build a game around those 2 groups, you shaft every other kind of player. The raiders are happy, they got what they wanted. The Fanbois are happy, they'd be happy no matter what.</div>

Their is a glaring disparity in ballance between fighters in this game. <font color="#ffff00">Very few people who post on the guardian or templar forums, and a few others are happy with thier class, I'll agree. The overwhelming majority of players I doubt have any serious issues that, for instance, render them unable to play their given class to 60 and beyond.</font></div><div><font color="#ffff00"></font> </div><div><font color="#ffff00">Whatever "glaring disparity" you see in fighter balance isn't no where near as bad as it was pre LU13. Do some changes need to be made? Yeah. In my opinion though those changes have more to do with playing the class outside the main role, than it does with main role balance.</font></div><div> </div><div>This is true no matter what the Fanbois say. Kiss SOEs hind quarters all you want, this game is sub par because SOE is not listening to its player base, it is listening to a couple of small segments of very vocal players: Raiders and Fanbois. <font color="#ffff00">LoL. Oh please. I'm sure the raiders begged for the pre20 restructuring of the game, right? Or the changes to the lvl 20 AQ graphics. I'm sure all the changes/fixed to the EBBC were because of raiders, of the fixes to the BLC adventure pack. In a word... no.</font></div><div><font color="#ffff00"></font> </div><div><font color="#ffff00">As for listening to your player base, you can't. Everyone says different things. Besides, generally speaking players only concern themselves with their needs and wants while dismissing everyone elses... not to mention players don't want balance, they just want their class to be the best.</font></div><div><font color="#ffff00"></font> </div><div><font color="#ffff00">While a lot of good ideas can and do come from the playerbase, a majority of the things discussed on these forums as a whole, including the rants, are neither.</font></div><div> </div><div>If you build a game around those 2 groups, you shaft every other kind of player. The raiders are happy, they got what they wanted. The Fanbois are happy, they'd be happy no matter what. <font color="#ffff00">Raiders are happy? Doubtful. There is a lot of issues with the raid game in DoF that still haven't been addressed. Then again, there are a lot of of issues that haven't been addressed, from crafting to questing and yes even raiding.</font><hr></div></blockquote>
