Hey all,

My friend plays a Guardian, and I was looking to make them some Adept 3's, but I don't want to make a skill they're going to get replaced soon. Came here looking for a skill tree, but the only one I can find is pre-revamp/expansion. Does anyone know where I can find one?

-Condar Tarsonia

Thanks Dan, but I'm looking for a tree One that shows the upgrade paths of skills, thats just a description of each. Can you help me find one of those? Would greatly appreciate it.

-Condar Tarsonia

Skills get replaced every 14 levels with a few exceptions (lvl 35 bloodline skill, the DOF 52,55,58 skills etc.), if you look through that list its quite easy to see what replaces what.

Let me show you.

Guardian 20 Sentinel Allows the guardian to protect an ally, sometimes absorbing most of the physical damage an ally would otherwise take

Guardian 34 Safe Guard Allows the guardian to protect an ally, sometimes absorbing most of the physical damage an ally would otherwise take

Guardian 48 Sentry Allows the guardian to protect an ally, sometimes absorbing most of the physical damage an ally would otherwise take

They share mostly the same description.

Message Edited by Dananeb on 01-06-200602:07 PM

Message Edited by Dananeb on 01-06-200602:08 PM

Ok, well using Dan's advice, I figured out the Guardian skill tree. Spent about an hour making it look nice, so here's what I came up with. Bear with me on the formatting here Hope it helps, and if you notice anything missing, please let me know.

Sentinel (20) -> Safe Guard (34) -> Sentry (4Allows the guardian to protect an ally, sometimes absorbing most of the physical damage an ally would otherwise take.

Allay (21) -> Maneuver (35) -> Assuage (49)Grants the guardian a chance to shield an ally from melee attacks, by allowing the target a chance to use the guardian's avoidance check after their own avoidance check. This also decreases the target's hate generation.

Bury (21) -> Topple (35) -> Tremor (49)A melee attack that strikes all nearby enemies surrounding the guardian.

Shouting Cry (22) -> Smothering Cry (36) -> Protect (50)Increases the hate of all enemies in an encounter towards the guardian. This also increases the enemy's hate towards the guardian when this effect triggers.

Tower of Stone (5Allows the guardian to use a tower shield to absorb all damage they would have otherwise received if the damage was greater than 10% of their total health for up to 3 hits. Each time this effect is triggered, the shield suffers damage. Upgrades to this ability decrease the amount of damage received by the shield.

Again, anything you notice wrong with that, let me know and I'll fix it. Now that we have the spell lines all listed out, could someone recommend the most important upgrades?

Thanks in advance,

-Condar Tarsonia

Dang Condar, nice post.Heres one i couldn't live with out. It is very similar to yours, except that it groups the skills by thier type. I've found that helps very much in determining upgrade priority as i like to get the best hate gaining abilities first. Check it out.http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=3&message.id=16762

Message Edited by Sid_6.7 on 01-07-200601:41 AM
