2 ruthenium to burn what do i get?

Assuming you go for master II on maddening defense, I'd adept III your offensive and defensive stance.  You're going to be in one of those two almost all the time, they are pretty meaningfull upgrades, and adept's of those seem relatively uncommon.The get replaced at 58, but that's a lot of play time away.  You could always save them for your 47+ abilities, but they aren't really all that expensive, or rare, so I'd use them now.  (pretty much all your 47-50 skills should be adept III because its relatively cheap to upgrade, and they won't be replaced till at least the next expansion)<div></div>

ruthenium is tier 4, so any skill you have there is going to be replaced. I suggest Call of protection. Lvl 38 skill.

Yes, it works.If you take damage that would be fatal, you are healed for a % of your health (its 35%ish at adept III), and you continue on with a heart explode buff for the next 30 seconds.  at that time you self destruct and fall over.  Priest spells that save you from death can negate the self destruction.If you are taking more damage than the heal does, you will still die, or if you run out of hps before the 30 second timer is up, you still die.<div></div>
