new to game - please help me decide.

need some help from the veterans. i at first thot to play as a guardian but now from reading the posts here i am not sure. Do i go Guardian or Berzerker? heh. from reading both class boards i shud pick neither <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> some history and what i am seeking in a class. Played EQ1(5yrs) Daoc(1yr) WoW(8months) The last few yrs of EQ i played a Troll beastlord- soloed 90% of way to 65. Played a Troll Thane in doac. solo to 50. Orc Hunter in wow. solo to 48. I am looking for a class that can solo "most" of the time. I understand there are encounters where a group is required and i am ok with that. The Thane was alot of fun in groups as it had some great abilitys that helped the group. I have been playing for 7 days now. warrior is approaching decision time (L14.4) i have been reading about both these class and sometimes i am sure i am going guardian. then i read some more and no. zerker is way to go. I am trying to pick thru the posts here and in zerker board to get the best answers. So Guardians, is this a class you feel fits what i am seeking? <strike> </strike>

If you like to solo, neither of these sub-classes is for you.  You want a Paly or maybe an SK.  If you really want a warrior class and still intend on solo play, then go with the Zerker.

Yeah Guardian is now totally depended upon group play if you want to grind up at a good rate and get good equipment. So if your into soloing and want a warrior then go Zerker <div></div>
