Master II choices

A quick glance over the forum and a search on google couldnt help me, so i guess ill aks all you expertised people: Anyone know where i can find or what the Master II choices are for the guardian class? This would save me a  wasted adept III spell on a ability <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Im especially interested in the choice on lvl 54, but for sake of completness, the choices on *4 are also welcome <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>

I remember Tremor, Call of Defense and Quelling Strike being three of the four options.  The fourth was a T5 CA, perhaps Protect, but I honestly don't recall.  I took Quelling Strike, as I solo a good deal. <div></div>
