To all the Guardians.

This might make some of you mad but it needs to be said.  Some people think that our intercept line is a joke(and quite frankly it is beyond a joke).  Others say even if SOE makes them better they would be a waste.  I have to disagree.  I saw Tuna post on my other thread I started saying how he doesn't want to have to cast the intercept buff on the MT cause he doesn't want to be a buff bot(paraphrased at that).  What I have to say is all other FIGHTERS have abilities to make other FIGHTERS TANK better.  Guardians should be no different. I would be happy if: Our Protection Line was better, say Guardians TAKE 75% of the damage and Target TAKES 10% We had a self buff to buff our mitigation better, possibly change our Maddening Defense to add about 750 Mitigation(leave the rest alone) I also feel our Offensive Stance needs a bit of a tweak, it does take way to long to kill mobs solo for us, maybe add a haste part to it. Please comment on what I have said, I want to know how other Guardians and other Fighters feel. <div></div>

Whether our intercept remains in or is taken out, it makes little difference.  As long as the other stuff gets fixed/improved I won't care.  Your other ideas look good to me.  We certainly need more mitigation buffs instead of avoidance buffs. <div></div>

Why play a defensive tank atm, when you can come so close to what a defensive tank can achieve, yet attain better utility and vastly better dps, by playing an offensive orientated fighter? I know it's taboo to dish numbers but this is one case where it's necessary. There's a writing technique which is evident in almost every best seller you run across. It's called "Show, don't Tell." This means that you need to show the reader what's going on. Simply telling them will not get the point across.</P> <P>Don't tell us we're fine. Show us.</P>
