51+ spells?

ok so i just hit 51 and i am sitting there waiting to see which spell i got and i never got one. i find out i have to buy it from the new city. but i dont know what or where or how. im currently doing the Truth faction quests, so if any1 could help me in anyway. with a website or anything. please do so <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>
