Unable to claim Reward on Live

Yes, just checked it. Had 4 to claim on live, re-copied a character to beta. Ran the quests to completion/reward. Went to live and still have 4 to claim.<br /> <br />This was on a character that I had previously completed the quest line on. I did a clean recopy and ran the quest again. In case that has anything to do with it.

First character to complete the questline on beta was able to grab the carpet on live no problem, but after a second run through on a different character, no second carpet shows up in /claim.<br /> <br />Halp!

Yesterday I completed and successfully claimed the Carpet Reward on Live.<br /> <br />Today, I did the series on another character, and received the Carpet Reward on Beta.<br />However, logging to that same character on Live, I don't see the reward in /claim.<br />I tried camping, and also restarting client, and also logged back to Beta and purchased the Repair Kit, all to no avail. <br />I've also checked on a couple of other Live characters, nothing.

So I did two more things to check this out. I created a level 1 character and proceeded to beta buff and run the quest line. Finished quest line, went to live and the claim amount had increased by 1.<br /> <br />I then recopied a different character that had already completed the quest line. Ran quest line to completion, went to live and the number of claims did not increase. So possibly part of the issue is recopied characters? However, Bekkr's post says that's not the only thing going on...

Bumping this because I'm having the same issue.<br /> <br />Toon #1 - Named Lizabethan. Copied from Test, boosted to 100. Completed tradeskill line in 2 days. Received achievement and chat log confirmation, was able to /claim the carpet on live's Lizabethan, 10/26.<br /> <br />Toon #2 - Named Lyzabethan. Brand new level 1, boosted to 100. Completed tradeskill line in 1 day. Received achievement and chat log confirmation, was NOT able to /claim the carpet on live. Tried different character on same account, still no luck. 10/29

Similar issue here: completed quest on three toons, live-claimed one, only one left showing in /claim.<br /> <br />[More details: Completed quest on Shmogre last week, claimed it on live right after. Completed the quest on two other toons yesterday, only one reward is showing on live.]

There was an account system issue yesterday that was preventing the features from incrementing correctly when it was earned. It's the same issue that prevented loyalty tokens from increasing. This was resolved by our platform team yesterday evening and they should be properly incrementing again now.

As a note, the repair kit will only help if the character you use it on was unable to earn the achievement due to an early bug. If the achievement was successfully <span style="text-decoration: line-through">completed</span> granted, there is nothing it can fix.

I had 3 mounts to claim and two done yesterday and when I logged in I still had 3, should have been 5. I petitioned and GM actually took the 2 I had already in claim and left one and told me that he couldn't replace it. Said he wanted the named of the characters I wanted the Carpets on and he would place them on the character. Why on earth would he take the 2 away that I had already in claim. He was the RUDEST GM that I ever encountered. I actually asked for another GM and he told me he would do the same. All I wanted was an answer to why he took the 2 away out of three. I did report him and will call customer service when they o9pen, No wonder SOE has no customers left with GM like him.

So, is there a work-around or procedure in place so that we can claim our missing beta rewards?

Today I completed the series on a 3rd character, and was able to claim the reward on Live.<br />However, I am still missing one from yesterday's completion.

Yeah, I'm wondering how best to get the missing carpet also.

But I had 2 of mine take away from my claim... now I am missing 4. GM said he can't give them back had to pick characters to give them too. I honestly do no understand. IF we aren't allowed to have that many why isn't it posted somewhere instead of taking them away with no reasoning. I will never go on beta again if this is the way we are going to get treated.

Well I put in a petition on my live character and then went back to beta. Came back to discover a GM had put the carpet into my overflow, but on the wrong toon. D'oh!

Thanks Caith but it was taken care of. They were given to characters and not back in my claim like I wanted. It was like they were stolen from me by a GM that then forced me to give them to characters that I really didn't want to give them to. But it's just a game and will not cry over spilled milk.

We'll be working on the beta rewards next.
