Deafen is good,yes, upgrade at 59. Tremor is good as well, and it doesn't get an upgrade in the expansion, so you will use this one still at lvl 60. Taunting Assault is great too, upgrade to this at lvl 58 Vengeful Strike is ok, but you get an update at lvl 52 already. You should at least get deafen, tremor, taunting assault to adept III, and if you got money to blow, vengeful strike as well. <div></div>

I would wait with upgrading spells until you see the full effects of combat revamp. For me, priority in getting Adept 3's was: 1. Taunts, 2. Buffs, 3.-9. <DIV>Well, if you are raid main tnak, taunts are probably the most important, if you are soloing for cash to make improvements on armor/CA's, then I would say Ebon armor the most important, followed by buffs (since they good for soloing and when you get into raids) then maybe alternate between taunts and attacks, of course, all depends if you are raiding, and if you are tanking the raids.</DIV>
