Can't seem to access Beta.

I have been trying to access the Beta since it became available to all-access members. Every time I try to login, it says, "Unable to contact login server. Please try again later." I have updated the Beta patcher and anything else I can think of to do. I'm not sure what you mean by updating the beta patcher, there is no separate patcher for beta you just need to switch the language in the upper left corner from US English (or whatever it's at depending on your location) to Beta. Launchpad will then create a new BetaServer directory under your regular EQ2 directory and install the files there. Once done as long as you have Beta in the upper left corner then you'll connect to the beta server.<br /> <br />For a step by step procedure check out <b><a href="http://eq2wire.com/2014/10/07/altar-of-malice-beta-is-now-up/" target="_blank" class="externalLink" rel="nofollow">this article</a></b> over at EQ2 Wire.<br /> <br />If you've done all of that then the only other thing I can think of is did you setup a Hosts files back several months ago when they were having the DNS issues. If so you'll want to remove that.<br /> <br />I'm not sure what the IP address or domain name of the beta login server is but if someone else knows maybe you could try pinging it to see if there's a breakdown between you and them.
