I have been using it since i got it, mostly to keep more aggro but its tiny mitigation bonus for 9 power is worth it too i guess. THE PROBLEM HERE IS: i actually lose 1.0% mitigation when i use this buff, i talked to the other guardian in my guild and he gains 0.1% mitigation. I have also talked to other guardians who seem to gain small amounts of mitigation as well from this spell, i am trying to figure out why it is that i lose mitigation when i use it. <div></div>
