Question about one of our taunts

<DIV>Hey guys got a question about one of our taunts. My guard is lvl 25 now, I think its a lvl 23 or 24 taunt (im at work right now, I cant remember)   I think its called Taunting Challenge. Anyway, the description says it lowers our dps slightly while increasing our hate 250 per hit.  When they say per hit, does that mean everytime a mob hits us, it taunts them for 250 (like Hold the Line) or everytime we land a hit on the mob it taunts. And how many times does it proc the taunt? Thanks.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>P.S. Another question I have, so I dont have to post a whole new post... Is there a max number of buffs you can have? like 20 or something? Taunting Challenge is a melee taunt, if it hits the mob it causes some damage, it decreases the DPS of the <i>target</i> by 5% and it increases hate by an amount. It only works once, there is no proc to this. As to the buffs, it seems there is a display limit on the number of buffs showing, but the effects are still all there. <div></div>
