<DIV>Any other guardians frustrated at the short reach of some combat skills?</DIV> <DIV>It seems in particular that the Crush, Slam, Unerring Strike skill families are consistently resulting in the dreaded "Too Far Away" message when EVERY other skill can hit that target at that melee range.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>In a tight enclosed space like the tunnels of Stormhold, Runnyeye, Cazic Thule the necessary one or two step adjustment to bring that target into range can play havoc as the enemy also adjusts and previously visible targets disappear into walls. I have had people complain in group becuase of these adjustments after an otherwise perfect pull.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It also crops up on sloping ground and stairs..you can appear to be literally standing face to toe with the enemy yet these few skills wont reach out and touch the enemy.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Has any other guardian been frustrated by this occurence? How is it that my swordarm has shrunk when using these skills?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>  </DIV>

<P>think of it this way...</P> <P>shield bash- you need to put your weight behind the shield to stun the opponent...  like a floorcheck...</P> <P>unerring strike- you are slipping a knife through the armor of the mob...  it takes being close to find the holes in the armor...</P> <P>the blast/slam- do the same knockdown animation as the bash...  kinda like you're putting all you energy into that one attack...</P> <P>is it a pain???  yes...  but some veriety in the attack range makes it a little more interesting...  other classes have the same short range attacks and they are usually the biggest damage attacks...  also make everyone get in AoE range of the ^^^...  risk v reward...</P> <P>Wabit</P>

<DIV>Don't try to put realism into it, it has such a short range because someone goofed up and gave it somewhere around oh... 0 range to hit.</DIV>
