It says when you hit.. like.. You do (blah blah blah) of slashing damage.... Also.. can just guess, swords are slash.. sticks are crush.. daggers are pierce... and such.

It's pretty much just slash, pierce, and crush. If it has a sharp edge it's slashing. A point it's piercing. And anything blunt is crush. <div></div>
