<DIV>So we got a taste of what it's like to not have our Battle Tactics line stack with each other. Fortunately for now, they fixed that. But we all know, eventually that will take place on purpose and be permanent. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It was a total no-brainer at level 40 to take Braksan's Desperate Rally for the hp buff alone, on top of the secondary effects it gives. Of which I cannot remember atm because I am at work and cannot look it up.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So, with their plan to remove stackability..for lack of a better word...what would be the best choice then with our /respec? </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Because it was un-upgradable, but Return to Battle however is. I have it at Adept III and it adds quite a bit of hp and stuff. So I think RtB will be the buff of choice by then. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But honestly, I can't even remember the other choices were now, because when you hit 40 and read what Braksan's does, you really had no choice but to click that one.</DIV>
<P>Unless they scale return to battle appropriately, and add some mitigation as a secondary component, braskans will still be the best choice.</P> <P>Since there's no Complete heal or % heals in this game (besides monk mend) HP's come second to mitigation for me, I'm sure most people wont agree with me though :smileytongue:</P>

<font color="#ff9900" face="Verdana" size="2">Assuming that little bonus isn't moved to another buff. Remember, they said they would be removing some of the smaller bonuses and replacing them with one buff that has a larger bonus. Unless someone on Test can confirm otherwise? Is it even on Test? For all we know several of the buffs we relied on before might be fairly different after the revamp. I'm getting anxious. </font><div></div>

<P>All good points, but call me crazy I guess...</P> <P>Say that wicked AE takes out a healer and you are left with...3 healers on you. Even with great mitigation, and tons of power left if someone ganks agro, If you don't have any hp, 4k mitigation and 100% power are...well useless.</P>

Once you have the amount of HP it takes to survive the first damage onslaught of a mob, HP isn't a priority anymore, true. But you could argue Mitigation isn't that useful after reaching a certain level either. Most damage doesn't come from melee, most damage I take comes from spells. Resists are a high priority as well. For me, I try to find a balance. It is hard to say what is most important since equipment effects are really important. With a Screaming Mace, Max Power Pool isnt as important anymore as it was before - just as an example. <div></div>
