Spiritual Awareness (mitigation) , Heat Protection (cold/heat resist), Magic Protection(divine,magic resist), Determination (HP potion), Adept(agi), and Reflection (sta/str).  All of them last 30 mins except for determintation which only lasts 15 minutes.

yes. good ones need a rare loam, not hard to get in a raiding guild though. <div></div>
